Mr. Dubé represented me in regards to my being sued by my brother. At our mother's request, I had been appointed Trustee of my brother's Special Needs trust for the previous 7 years. My brother has had a 60-year history of mental problems…diagnosed with manic depressive, obsessive compulsive disorders. He had been in and out of mental facilities for the past 40 years. Sadly, this suit was depleting my brother's trust (his only means of support). Mr. Dubé stood by me with level-headed advice and respect for my decisions. Mr. Dubé saw me thru the emotional ups and downs that were ever present, as is the case with most all legal entanglements. His fees were surprisingly reasonable due to his level-headed handling of issues. His demeanor was one of respect for all involved.
